  1. Clock speed

    • what is clock speed ? : It is the operating speed of a computer or its microprocessor, expressed in cycles per second (megahertz).
    • How does it work ? : It is also called clock rate, the speed at which a microprocessor executes instructions. ... The CPU requires a fixed number of clock ticks (or clock cycles) to execute each instruction. The faster the clock, the more instructions the CPU can execute per second. Clock speeds are expressed in megahertz (MHz) or gigahertz (GHz).
    • Why do you upgrade it ? : On reason why you should upgrade your clock speed because you can have a faster computer
  2. Cores

    • What are cores ? : A core, or CPU core, is the "brain" of a CPU. It receives instructions, and performs calculations, or operations, to satisfy those instructions. A CPU can have multiple cores.
    • How do cores work ? it works by fetching the instructions it decodes it then it excutes it
    • Why would you want to upgrade you core? : A reason why is because you want a better core than the one you have now
  3. Cache

    • what is cache ? : Caching is the process of saving data temporarily so the site, browser or app doesn't need to download it each time. Tristan Liverpool, director of systems engineering at F5 Networks, compared it to going on a road trip. “If you are driving to a new location for the first time, your brain stores information about that journey,” he told WIRED. “Next time you travel to that location, you can use this knowledge to help you recognise landmarks and get there faster. This works like a cache – if you visit a website for the first time, your browser retains information that helps your device access that website more efficiently during subsequent visits.”
    • How does cache work ? : In computing, a cache is a high-speed data storage layer which stores a subset of data, typically transient in nature, so that future requests for that data are served up faster than is possible by accessing the data's primary storage location.
    • Why would you want upgrade it ? : you would want to upgrade it because it maybe too slow or it does not work
  4. RAM

    • What is RAM? : It is an acronym for random access memory, a type of computer memory that can be accessed randomly; that is, any byte of memory can be accessed without touching the preceding bytes. RAM is found in servers, PCs, tablets, smartphones and other devices, such as printers.
