Why?

- How?

- Modifed E0 refrence
- 2-If we have 100% = max point, when we fit the curve, E0 will be always under the 100%. It means after drug administration there is a decrease respect the possibility of a maximum number.
- 3-We not take the control as reference because 2 or the average between two points sometimes are not reliable because many problems
