1. What is?

   • We usually use zero conditional to took about things that is true or things that always happen
     • Imperatives:
       • Give instructions If bill comes here again tell him I'm not scared of him
       • Describe rules and laws: If you're in class, don't use you phone
         • Make requests: If you go past the groceries store, get a few things for me please
           • Offer suggestions and advice: If you go to the beach put on lots of sunscreen
   • We use zero conditional for facts
     • For example: Hydrogen + oxygen = water
       • If I mix hydrogen with oxygen it turns into water
   • Zero conditional can also be use to describe rutines and happens
     • For example: Unless I'm late for work, I always catch the train
       • Causes and effects:
         • If you eat too much junk food, you can get fat
           • We can also use the zero conditional in superstitions
             • It's bad luck if the groom sees the bride before the wedding
