1. A1: The function takes 2 integers to act as the bounds and then generates a random integer found inbetween/including those boundaries

   • A2: The random is the library the randint function comes from.
     • A3: The print() function takes string inputs and prints a message to the console.
       • A4:The + operator allows the combination of different data types when outputting strings or defining variables
         • A5: The str() function takes a integer value and converts it to it's string counterpart to allow it to be printed to the console with the print function.
           • A6: The largest variable is local because it is declared within the random variables.
             • A7: None means the variable name has been defined but it is currently without a type
               • A8: inputValue is needed to supply a number to compare our randomNumbers to and to check if our numbers are greater than the input value.
                 • A9: return supplies the function with a defined output.
                   • A10: Declaring a function is when you name it and define it parameters, Defining a function comes after the colon and is the body of the function, calling a function is when you run a function either in the console or as the definition of a variable.
                     • A11: The variable message was built through the constant redefining of the variable with added text/variables.
