1. Functional parts

   • Display a list of retailers accepting concession cards
   • Display a list of government services and their location

2. UI

   • Larger buttons
     • Extra padding and a larger clickable area. Extra large margins to separate buttons to prevent misclicks
   • High contrast colours
   • Logical layouts and sequencing of web pages
     • Place important links through a large menu bar/header
   • Easy access to major features/pages
   • List view of data
     • Sort data into pages so users do not need to scroll down to their last viewed position when viewing content
   • List data into square chunks like e commerce sites and include images and short description.
     • Easier for the user to sort through the data as more space is given for each entry compared to a list.
       • Will need more coding in html and css compared to having a list to generate the images and to align the boxes.
   • Repetition of font and colour to symbolize links, buttons and plain text (LEARNABILITY)

3. Search bar is the most important feature of the site

   • Additional functionality around search bar
     • Filters and tags
   • May also contain a blog style layout of listing the retailers/services

4. Data

   • SQL
     • Cleaning the data to grab necessary cells
     • Normalisation of raw data
     • Using data in the application
       • Python to run sql commands for search queries
       • Flask to connect database and html/css
       • Search bar autocomplete
         • Data comes from the user through the user's browser
           • Made in html
             • autocomplete="on" attribute

5. APP

   • Not required is user data is not kept
     • Allow website to function without the need for user accounts
       • People with disabilities may have another hurdle to face if they happen to not have an account
       • Do not keep data such as user recommendations
       • Names
