     • Can be accessed through different devices
     • Doesn't cost anything
     • You will not lose files or data as they will be backed up on a different server
   • Disadvantages
     • The files can only be accessed with an internet connection
     • The data stored online is more likely to be hacked or seen by a third party

   • Input
     • An input device is any piece of computer hardware used to provide data to a computer system
   • Output
     • An output device is any piece of computer hardware used to communicate the results of data that has been processed

   • Abstraction
     • Ignoring patterns that we don’t need to solve a problem
   • Pattern Recognition
     • Finding patterns among the problems to make it easier to understand
   • Decomposition
     • Breaking a problem into smaller and easier to manage problems
   • Algorithm Design
     • Instructions used to solve a problem

4. File management

   • Do
     • Give your files names that will not get mixed with others
     • Sort all of your files into appropriate folders
   • Don't
     • Give your file a name similar to another, just in case you accidentally delete the wrong one
     • Delete files that you think you don't need, be sure you don't need them

   • Don't share personal information
   • Change your password frequently and avoid using the same one
