1. Steps

   • Choose a facilitator.
     • You need to find a neutral person within your business.
   • Identify your experts.
     • Choose people that have experiences on a particular topic.
   • Define the problem.
     • It is very important to define the problem that you are trying to solve.
   • Send questions.
     • These questions will be to the experts, also each round of questions (3 rounds) will be deeper into the problem.
   • Act on your findings.
     • You have to analyze the findings and put plans to deal future problems or risks
