1. CHAPTER 1

   • harker's may 3rd describes his journey to transylvania in the remote carpathians.
   • he travels to the furthest reaches of Europe in order to meet with count Draculs
   • Haker's may 4th entry notes the landlord pretends not to understand Harker's German, apparently to avoid having answer questions about Dracula.
   • Harker writes his may 5th entry from Castle Dracula to record strange happenings

2. CHAPTER 2

   • Harker adds to his may 5th entry, at the castle a driver helps Harker out of the carriage and drives away, leaving Harker by the massive door, unsure of what to do.
   • Harker's may 7th entry records a day of rest.
   • Harker starts his may 8th entry with a promise to curb his imagination and record only facts.

3. CHAPTER 3

   • the may 8th entry continues: harker frantically runs trough the castle, checking doors and windows for exit.
   • Harker returns to his journal on may 12th as he tries to sort the facts from the fantastic as he recalls events on may 11th.
   • On may 15th, Harker records seeing Dracula creep about the castle exterior again
   • On may 16th, Harker wonders wether he is going mad with sock.
