         • Milestones.
         • The task owner.

2. Software

   • Bespoke software
     • Software has been developed and code written for a particular purpose. A client is usually involved in this process who requires the software to do certain things (e.g. Amazon)
   • Off the-shelf software
     • Is where the software is already written and there is little or no new code written (e.g. Microsoft Office).
