1. PRESENT SIMPLE

   • THE PRESENT SIMPLE IS USED TO EXPRESS REPETITIVE OR USUAL ACTION.
     • EX: I PLAY TENNIS ON SUNDAYS. MY DAUGHTER WAKES UP AT 7:00 AM.
   • ALSO WE CAN USE ADVERBS OF FRECUENCY.
   • STRUCTURE: Subject + Base Verb + Object

2. PRESENT PROGRESSIVE

   • The present progressive is used for actions going on in the moment of speaking and for actions taking place only for a short period of time.
     • EX: WE ARE HAVING A LUNCH. SHE IS PLAYING THE PIANO. BELLA AND ANDREW ARE NOT PLAIYING GOLF
   • STRUCTURE:: Subject + BE + Verb + ING
