1. Purpose

   • The cloud providesa way for both sides of a conflict to do something not usually done in order to solve a problem taking into account both wants and needs.
     • Resolving conflicts is one of the most important problem solving skills

2. Structure

   • The cloud is the structure of a conflict
     • Two wants
       • Each side wants something that they think it is important to them
         • The conflict is betwween two wants
     • Needs
       • the thins people want are thought to be necessary to fulfill their needs
         • Better understanding of the conflict
     • Common Goal
       • People have a large goal they both wish to achive
         • The common goal holds the conflict together

3. Evaluation

   • Describe a conflict, choise or decision
     • 5 main question for the task
   • Analyse the conflict, choise or decision
     • The cloud suppplies the questions fo the task
   • Find resolution to conflicts
   • Describe a problem
   • Analyze a problem
   • Find creative solutions to the problem
