1. Screen doesn't work

   • remove any screen protectors
     • remove the battery then reinsert it then test the issue
       • contact a supplier if the screen is still not working
   • Is the screen cracked
     • If it is contact a supplier to get it fixed

2. Can you receive calls

   • this might not work because the signal might not be strong enough
     • your phone might need rebooting
       • improper dialling pattern used or dialled an invalid number
         • ifr none of these are the answer than contact a supplier

3. Is your phone charging

   • If your phone is not charging try taking the battery out of the phone and check the LDI light
     • If the LDI is red your phone has been exposed to liquid damage indicator (LDI)
   • make sure the battery is fully charge
     • if its still not working you need to replace your battery or contact a supplier

4. slow web or data

   • if your phone is on a certain network like 3G and your location is not this will impact your data
     • signal strength you signal might not be strong enough as this can impact your data speed
     • contact a supplier if still not working

5. phone freezes or crashes

   • is it just a certain app or function which this keeps happening
     • make sure you are not running multiple applications at once
       • delete the not needed applications and see if that helps
     • test it again and if it is that one than either delete it or contact a supplier

6. Has your phone got wet

   • Try putting your phone in a bag or bowl of rice and make sure its covered in it this will absorb the water out of the phone which will get rid of the water in your mobile device
     • if this doesn't help with the water damage contact a supplier
   • take the sim card out and make sure your whole phone is dry
     • leave it in a warm area and make sure you don't put the battery, sim card, ect back in the phone

7. cannot send or receive text messages

   • device needs to be reboot (turn on and off again)
     • make sure the credit on your phone is full
       • Is your network and signal is strong
         • if still not working contact a supplier

8. problems with the camera

   • make sure all cases or cover are off the lens
     • check for scratches or dirt
       • turn your phone off then wait 5 seconds before turning it back on
         • clear the cashe off the camera App only
           • retest the issue if its still not working wipe the cashe partition
             • retest the issue and keep troubleshooting if the problem remains
               • reset your device
                 • if it still doesn't work contact a supplier

9. does your battery drain to fast

   • applications draining your battery
     • check for damages
       • make sure everything you don't need or are not using are turned off
         • make sure you have enough storage for all your applications on your devise if you haven't this could drain your battery faster than its suppose to
           • if it's still not working contact a supplier

10. the phone feels to hot

    • do you charge your battery for to long
      • are you using the internet/data for several minutes
        • are you downloading files, music, apps, ect
          • do you use the games constantly on the phone
            • Are you always on video chat
              • make sure your not on any other applications at the same time try turning you phone off and leaving it for a couple of minutes
            • turn your phone off and leave it like that for a couple of minutes before turning it back on
              • after this if it still feels hot contact a supplier
