1. ROM

   • Stands for Read-Only Memory
   • It is easy to scratch a CD
   • Can store data for a long time

2. RAM

   • Stands for Random Access Memory
   • Their cost per bit is high, so computers don't include much of it
   • It is silent

3. Solid state drive

   • It uses flash memory to store data which provides better performance
   • More expensive then a hard drive disk

4. Hard disk drive

   • More affordable than SSD
   • Produces noise while in operation

5. Optical

   • Cheap to produce
   • Small amount of storage
