1. Strategies

     • Are used as tasks of choosing the foreign text to be translated and developing a method to translate it.
       • Some strategies relate to what happens to texts.
       • Other strategies relate to what happens in the process

2. Translation procedures

   • Are methods applied by translators when they formulate an equivalence for the purpose of transferring elements of meaning from the (ST) to (TT)
     • Are used for sentences and smaller units of language.

3. Methods

   • Is a way, manner or form of work out systematically organized and/or structures. It refers to a technique or set of task to perform a task.
     • Is used to give sense and meaning to the translation and make it comprehensible to the reader.
