   • No dedicated personnel doing plant reliability
   • Technical manager occupied with back to back meeting
   • Planner perform multiple jobs
   • Technician and Engineer perform end to end job
   • Individual work station for production and Maintenance
   • Inexistance of shared KPI between Production and Maintenance

2. Lack of Capability & Competency

   • Dependency on senior technician
   • More than 50% of NET at JG 11 & 12
   • Unavailability of role to screen value added work and Priority for P1/P2

3. Lack of Resource Optimization

   • No role to look at resource leveraging when dealing with emergency situation
   • Silo mentality of 7 days rule
   • Rotary equipment C1,C2 & C3 are maintained by different parties
   • No role to review overall NET plant capacity
   • Individual section budget tracking
