1. The Source is the origin of the information, the place where data emanate or the content that will be sent. It is important to indicate that in the communication of oral type, the source and the emitter are the same elemen

2. The Receptor

   • It is the person or organization to which the message is intended and that the sender performs an inverse process. There are two types of receptors: - Passive Receiver, which is the one that only limits to receive the message. - Active Receiver or Perceptor, which is responsible not only for receiving the message but for perceiving and storing it

3. The Medium or Channel

   • It is the way through which the information is transmitted, establishing a connection between the sender and the receiver. It is also known as the material or special support through which the message circulates

4. The Coding

   • The Codification consists in that the Issuer converts the message into signs that can be received and understood by the receiver

5. the decoding

   • The Decoding consists of the Recipient converting the signs that arrive in a message. In this way the signs are associated with the ideas that the Issuer tried to communicate.
