   • ILS(excludes Our Lady)
     • HC: Home-made, books shelved by accession numbers
     • FuFoo: proxy server, uses SSN's and a spiral notebook- ancient!!
     • SQU: Text-based Telnet,;first gen DOS (!!!)
   • Fred and Olli'e schedules
     • 50 hours/week in winter, 20 hours/week during farming
       • They're "employees at will"
   • SQU's aging staff
     • Will soon be leaving the institution
   • SQU's current collection
     • Does not reflect new mission
