   • In the movie, we can see as the customers have the need to buy clothes by himselfs

3. Instrumental Conditioning

   • In the meeting with the web design group, the boss wants to influence the public through the design of the page, which generates a positive reinforcement for the client.

4. Learning by observing stereotypes

   • In the movie we can see that by the use of the models, the company create a stereotype using models for the brand.

5. It is a film that shows us the challenges that companies face in the face of market changes and the growth of demand. It shows us the decision-making process that is vital for the sustainability of any company, being clear that the base is its customers.

6. As administrators, it allows us to analyze each component of the company and the way in which the different factors of the external and internal environment affect it, in which it is fundamental to exercise a good role of administrator in order to guide the company's efforts in achieving his objectives.
