    1. The focus of this magazine advert is the artist, this therefore means that the star iconography must be appropriate and leave a lasting impression on the audience. This will increase the likelihood of the audience researching her and her new album being promoted. In this case star iconography is highly important and is used to advertise and sell the album.
      1. The artist name is enlarged to enhance the advertisement and almost ring about an overwhelming awareness of the artists and her upcoming music. It seems from this advertisement that the visual image of the star is highly important, therefore when creating my magazine poster I must consider this importance and consider the sizing and layout of the images and text.
        1. The digital platform of the magazine means my magazine advertisement will reach a larger audience. It will also ensure my target audience is reached due to the age range using numerous platforms in everyday life.
          1. Not much text is included in this advertisement,but as an audience we are still a drawn to research the artist and her upcoming album
          2. The context of this magazine differs from most in which it includes several elements not just music, for example fashion, photography and art. This concept is a vital part in my choice of magazine. The target audience I am aiming my media project on is individuals with these thriving interests in these elements.
            1. D&C has proved to be attractive to advertisers, with numerous artists, singles and fashion constantly being promoted.
              1. Dazed & Confused was set up in 1992 by Rankin, Hack and Ian Taylor,
                1. My target audience are likely to read this type of magazine. Dazed and Confused is a magazine that is mainly aimed at ages 16 and 30 or even 18-35. This broad audience ensures that all the content in the magazine applies to most readers. This magazine is ideal for my magazine advertisement of my digpak as I have designed it to aim at that age range.
