1. Input Device

   • An input device is a piece of computer hardware equipment used to provide data and control signals to an information processing system such as a computer or information appliance.
   • Examples of input devices include keyboards, mouse, scanners, digital cameras, joysticks, and microphones.

2. Output Device

   • An output device is any device used to send data from a computer to another device or user.
   • Examples include monitors, projectors, speakers, headphones and printers
   • Most computer data is in the form of audio or video.

3. Software

   • Software is a program that runs on the inside of the computer
   • Software types include firefox, Google chrome, Operating systems, iOS, Linux, macOS, windows and Photo graphics program.

4. Storage Device

   • A storage device is a hardware used to store information permanently or temporarily. The device can be external or internal to a computer, server, and other computing systems. Storage devices are also known as storage medias or storage medium.
   • . Some storage devices include CD-ROMs, DVD-ROMs, flash media, "thumb" drives, memory sticks, iPODs and digital cameras.

5. Sensor

   • A sensor is something that can sense movement, sound or light and responds to it
   • Some sensors include fire detectors, automatic doors and automatic lights.

6. Parts of a computer

   • CPU
     • Processes different bits of information.
   • RAM
     • Stores data while powered.
   • Motherboard
     • Connects all the components together.
   • Power Supply
     • Supplies power to all the components.
   • Fan
     • Cools the components that may get hot.
