   • What?
     • Clock speed is how many fetch decode and execute cycles that a CPU can perform every second. This is measured in Hertz (Hz)
   • How?
     • It would perform better by improving the clock speed; for example if it was 2 GHz and you upgrade it to 4 GHz then it will be improved by 2 billion cycles per second
   • Why?
     • It improves the performance by upgrading the clock speed because it means that more actions can be done quicker and therefore things would load faster.
