   • Classification of Software
     • 1st Generation Languages: Machine code, just 0 and 1s which is very difficult to write
       • 2nd Generation Language: Assembly Language, easier than machine code because it uses mnemonics instead of numbers
         • 3rd Generation Language: Executed in a programmer-defined sequence. They are easy to use and create making a market flooded with options
           • 4th Generation Language: Defines what is to be computed rather than how it should be computed
