Given Circumstances

1. Who am I?

   • a 16 year old runaway

2. Where am I?

   • I am at a bus stop.

3. what am I doing?

   • I am carrying my younger brother and am waiting for a bus to take us away from my parent's house

4. what am I feeling?

   • Scared because anyone could try and kidnap me and my brother.
   • Euphoric because I have left my parents finally!
   • Relief that I wont have to live the way I did before.

5. what happened before?

   • My mum died when I was 5, giving birth to my brother. She was an angel!
   • My father became an alcoholic after she died and would make me sell drugs to earn money and with that money, he would use it on alchohol.
   • Recently, he even started abusing my brother. And that was the final straw.
