1. Assume society can't exist without individuals, society is dependent on individuals

   • reality inside our minds, everyones is different.

3. Social Construction, made by society

   • random, ever changing, so cannot be measured and studied.

   • looking at the individual picture, society wouldn't survive exist without people

7. Factual actual reality, the answer is out there and the world can be investigated scientifically

8. MACRO, bigger picture. society shapes and controls individuals, passive

9. External force which can be measured and observed and predicted

10. Quantative methods

11. look for predictable and formulaic patterns of behaviour
