1. Emotional Intelligence

   • Having the ability to recongize other people's emotions and their own ( Melinda, 2022). .
     • Me- I score myself a 7.5 because I know when to walk away from situations but I I find it harder to read another person's emotion because they at good at containing it.

2. General Intelligence

   • A common factor for many abilities.One person maybe be great at one thing, so this means they can also be good for other abilities (Grison & Gazzaniga,2019).

3. Fluid and Crytallized

   • A person has the ability to have a flexible thinking process but can also think quickly. They also use information from their experiences to help them solve situations or problems (Grison & Gazzaniga, 2019)

4. Triarchic Theory

   • Each person has three type of intelligence: analytical, creative, and practical. Goes from being able to solve problems, doing everyday tasks, and finding new ways to think (Grison & Gazzaniga, 2019).

5. Multiple

   • People have many intelligences that do not depend on one another to be able to express that intelligence (Grison & Gazzaniga, 2019).
   • Musical
     • Being able to retain information or learn in a musical manner. If it is with instruments or jst music in general ( Sharon & Chhikara, 2019).
       • Me- I scored a 6 because I find it easy to learn when listening to music or when I do my assignments. Whenever I am studying I like to put on classical music to help me concentrate.
   • Linguistic
     • Is really good at their verbal skills and is very verbal ( Grison & Gazzaniga, 2019).
       • Me- I scored a 4 because I have a tough time being verbal and speaking to people in general. I do much better at retaining information if I read or write it down.
   • Mathamatical/Logical
     • Being able to use math or a squence to think ( Grison & Gazzaniga, 2019).
       • Me- I scored a 6.5 because I find it easy to do math problems and solving equations easy but it is something that I do not really use.
   • Spatial
     • They use their ability to think by seeing images or pictures to receive information or tell information ( Grison & Gazzaniga, 2019)
       • Me- I scored a 8 because I feel like a learn better when seeing images or pictures when I am learning something are and the information tends to stick.
   • Intrapersonal
     • Being able to understand oneself (Grison & Gazzaniga, 2019).
       • Me- I scored a 5 because I find it difficult to understand my emotions which makes it harder for me to understand myself. However, I do know that things have to be organized to understand things.
   • Bodily- Kinesthetic
     • A person if able to use motion that is controlled to represent their skills ( Grison & Gazzaniga, 2019).
       • Me- I scored a 3 because I am not really athlete so I prefer to stay away from things that require to do any physical skills as a way of learning.
   • Interpersonal
     • Being able to understand socity ( Grison & Gazzaniga, 2019).
       • Me- I scored a 8 because I find it easier to connect with other people than myself.
   • Naturalistic
     • Love being in nature and prefer to explore the world then staying indoors ( Naturalistic Intelligence, 2022).
       • Me- I scored a 8.5 because I love going to new places and just being in nature. My family and I go camping pretty often, and I look forward to those trips.
