- User experience design (UX, UXD) is the process of enhancing user satisfaction with a product by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure provided in the interaction with the product.
What does a UX designer do?
Main Purpose
- Useful
- Useful: Your content should be original and fulfill a need
- Usable
- Usable: The Product must be easy to use
- Desirable
- Desirable: Image, identity, brand, and other design elements are used to evoke emotion and appreciation
- Learnable
- Learnable: Content needs to be navigable and simple enough to be learned by the user while they are using it
- Memorable
- Memorable The user should be able to return to the product without having to relearn it
- Acessible
- Accessible: Content needs to be accessible to people with disabilities
- Credible
- Credible: Users must trust and believe what you tell them
