   • Testing
     • Ensures program functions as designed and meets the needs of the end user
     • Iterative Testing - Testing throughout development Final Testing - At the end of the development, the program should be tested
   • Testing (Test Plans)
     • Valid data - Expected result Invalid data - Should produce an error Borderline - Between valid and invalid
   • Authentication
     • Usernames and Passwords, limiting access
     • Update passwords regularly, complex passwords and limited login attempts
