The purpose of the CPU is to Fetch Decode Execute, meaning it collects data, de-codes it so it understand than executes it onto an output device, for example: The moniotor
Clock Speeds
1. Clock speed is measured in Hertz ( Hz ) This is how many cycles the CPu is doing per second. The higher the clock speed, the faster the CPU runs
2. GigaHertz = 1000000000 cycles
3. MegaHertz = 1000000 cycles
4. KiloHertz = 1000
5. TerrorHertz = 1000000000000
Dual and Quad processors
1. Dual processors means that there's two CPU processors, meaning that the two 'brains' will work spontaneously ( At the same time ) Doing twice as much cycles, making the CPu faster
2. Quad processors means that there's 4, meaning it'll be doing 4 times as much cycles
Reasons for choosing higher or lower clock speeds
1. Higher
