1. a circuit is a path that electricity takes to go from one place to another

   • there are 2 forms a circuit can take
     • open circuit
       • a open circuit is when the circuit has no electrity flowing
     • closed circuit
       • a closed circuit is when the circuit has electricity flowing.there are two types of closed circuits
         • parallel circuit
           • a parallel circuit is when the electricity has 2 ways to flow
         • series circuit
           • a series circuit is when elctricity has only 1 way to flow
