Mobile Phone Troubleshooting

1. is your phone charging?

   • remove battery and check if water damaged
     • your phone has been exposed to liquid damage an will no longer will properly
     • have you change the charger?
       • have you cleaned the charging port
   • water damaged?
     • remove the battery from the phone and allow both the phone and the battery to thoroughly dry
       • you might need to replace the battery
     • unable to hear whilst on the phone
       • check the volume is at its highest
     • cannot make or recieve callls
       • have you check the signal strength 2 - 3 bars
         • reboot the device turn off then on again
           • re-inster the battery then turn the phone back on

2. cant access the web

   • check your signal strength
     • reboot the phone
   • display screen issues
     • is the phone water damaged?
       • remove the battery and re insert it
         • is there anything visible under the screen
           • if the phone is still not functioning correctly contact customer services
     • is the phone over heated
       • turn of the mobile and contact customer services

3. if the keys on your mobile dont work

   • loook dfor a symbol on your display screen that looks like a lock

4. if your display is not working

   • let your phone cool down to room temperature

5. touch screen not working

   • restart your phone
     • contact the provider
