   • confluence of mobile technologies combined with different devices with which people use all the days like cellphones
   • App:
     • an application,typically small,specialized program downloaded onto mobile devices
   • app categories
     • categories help you to discover new apps, depending on what you need

2. programming language

   • special language programmers use to develop software programs, scripts, or other sets of instructions fot computers to execute
   • instructions/statements:
     • instructions: the instruction is the key element in the computer as it tells the processor which action should be performed.
     • statements: a statement is the smallest standalone element of an imperative programming language that expresses some action to be carried out. it is an instruction written in a high level language that commands the computer to perform a specified action
   • syntax:
     • the way in which words are put together to form phrases, clauses, or sentences
   • variables:
     • variables are used to store information to be referenced and manipulated in a computer program. they also provide a way of labeling data with a descriptive name, so our programs can be understood more clearly by the reader and ourselves.
