   • Labels are used for titles , headings ,names and for identifying rows or columns of data
   • Data are the values (text or numbers ) that you enter into the spreadsheet.

2. Functions

   • A function is a specialised calculation that the spreadsheet software has memorized
   • Examples of these average , min , max and sum

3. Formatting data

   • data , percentage , integar and text .
   • alignment - left centre or right , text - colour , font face or size
