1. Bespoke software: this is software that has been designed for a specific user

2. Peripheral: this is a device that can be connected to the central processing unit and be controlled by it

9. Form-driven interface: an interface executed by the user entering in information in a step by step manner

10. Natural language interface: this is an interface which allows the user to communicate with the cpu through written or spoken language

11. Driver: a short written program that understands the operation of the device it controls
