There isn't enough energy passed onto the lego.

The 1st domino landed on its back because the marble hit its lower part, only allowing a small amount of its mass to push the 2nd domino forwards. This exerts a small amount of force (f=ma).

The 1st domino took time resting on it back. The long time it took and the short distance it travelled, reduces its speed meaning there is less Ek transeferrd (Ek=1/2 m v^2).

Positon the ramp a bit higher so that the marble will hit the 1st domino on its mid section (causing it to fall towards the 2nd domino). This will exert more mass+ transfer more Ek.

The lego needs to apply more force.

The lego has a light mass, therefore it needs a heavier mass to apply more force (F=ma).

Substitute the small lego pieces with bigger ones.

Add more pieces to the lego.

It's not completely facing the lever.

Its position allows the last domino to fall towards it directly (applying force).

The lego needs to be positioned directly facing the lever that allows its whole mass being applied onto the lever= more force (f=ma) = lever's left side is pushed downwards).

The dominoes will be positioned in a curve, allowing their whole masses applied onto each other= more force (f=ma) = completes the purpose of the machine FUNCTIONING!
