When people think about overpopulation, they usually think about a future that won't have food, water, and place to people live, maybe they are right or not.

Researches indicate that maybe it won't happen, there are 4 steps in human growth, rich countries could do all the four steps, poor ones are doing it now. The first step is before the Industrial Revolution (I.R), when women were at home and just did housework, they used to have about five children, but just three or four died before their fifth anniversary, because the poor sanitation and diets, a lot of people were born, but a lot of this children died, so the growth of the population wasn't good. The second step is in the I.R, when things were better than before the I.R, when the role of women change, they now can work outside their homes, been dressmaker or cook, this thing made the economy grow, and the middle class arise and the condition of the poor people got better, these things make a population explosion, when women used to have five children and the most of them didn't die. The third step was when the growth of the population slowed down because there was a balance between the deaths and the borns. And finally the fourth step, when the children that were born at the third step now have children, but, now they have just 1 to 3 children, and the population growth keeps slowing, and that is true in all countries around the globe.
