• Easy communication
• Emergency situations
• All in one
• Easy access to camera and can upload images to a computer easily.
• Easy to use, don’t have to be great at computers
• Good security
• Easy way to access social media
• Gps so you don’t get lost
• DISADVANTAGES
• Increases cyber bulling
• Security risks
• Can distract drivers on the road
• Easily breakable
• Expensive - on-going cost
• Out of date quickly
• Useless when bad service
• Addiction
• Battery life - some things drain the battery more quickly
• Lack of social interaction

CHOOSING A MOBILE PHONE

• An older person with disabilities might
• need:
• Larger
• screen, with larger buttons, Loudspeaker
• in case of hearing impairment, Emergency
• speed dial, Simple
• interface.
• A professional person might need:
• Larger storage capacity for work, Professional apps or notes facilities. Longer battery life for trips, Communication tools such as VOIP, Email facilities, Security for banking apps etc.
