- 1QuestionnaireA questionnaire is a list of questions or items used to gather data from respondents about their attitudes, experiences, or opinions. Questionnaires can be used to collect quantitative and/or qualitative information.
- 2Response BiasDescribing situations where people do not answer questions truthfully for some reason. This occurs because of the way we integrate and process multiple sources of information. Respondents may answer inaccurately for a variety of reasons.
- 3Double-barrelled questionsAre those that functionally ask respondents two questions simultaneously and only allow one response. They can confuse respondents, and answers to such questions are often uninterpretable because it is impossible to determine to which question the answer refers.
