- 9What happens when you import a picklist value that doesn't match an existing picklist value?For an unrestricted picklist, it will use the value in the import file.
For a restricted picklist, it will use the picklist's default value. - 10How do you format data when you are importing multiple values into a multi-select picklist?Separate the values with a semi-colon in the import file.
- 11How do you import data into a formula field?You can't import data into a formula field.
- 12How do field validation rules impact a data import?Validation rules for fields that are mapped to data in the import file run before the import occurs. Any data that fails validation will not be imported.
- 13How can you export data from Salesforce?By using the Data Export Wizard or the Data Loader.
- 14What options do you have regarding choices on when to export data?You can either export now or you can schedule the export on weekly or monthly intervals.
