What is the importance of the ciclovias?

The ciclovias have a good side and a bad side. Because at the same time she’s safe, she also causes a lot of accidents.
The bike paths are important because with them the traffic is more organized since the bucicletas has its space and many people walk by her but unfortunately is used the wrong way because it is only permitted bikes and not pedrestes, and has people who did not comply with it.
i think it´s very important for society because people have a place to ride their bikes without disturbing the traffic.
In my opinion the ciclovias has great importance because It offers a good space for cyclists to walk and exercise during the day and at night.
I think it is very important, because so cyclists do not need to walk the streets, subject to accidents and causing chaos in traffic. Even though the sidewalks to enjoy, some pedestrians insist on walking up there, sometimes even with their dogs, knowing that are only allowed cyclists.
At our city the ciclovia is not so good, but is better than anything, and the people walk there, so is really bad ride with a bike there.
