Christians believe humans have a role in
stewardship; this means having the
responsibility to take care of the Earth. Including
all the other non-souled organisms such as
animals
Humans believe they have control over
animals because God made humans in
the image of himself
Humans are God's most important creation, and
some say animals arent part of Gods creation
In the book of Genesis God gave Adam and Eve the
reponsibility to look after other creatures
Most Christians believe
humans should not be cruel to
animals; unless there is no
other way for testing to find
medical research which can
be life saving for humans
Animal testing for things such
as make-up, would not be
accepted by Christians
Christians believe animals will not go the heaven and have
a relationship with God because they do not have a soul
The Catholic Church and the Anglican
Church both believe it is important to test for
life saving drugs, but the animals must not be
hurt in a cruel way
Animal testing have produced
vaccine for polo and anethetics
Other Christians believe that animals are still Gods creation and
therefore should not be allowed to suffer; although they do
support in eating animals for food
Sir Francis of Assisi believed animals
have souls

take care of the Earth (stewardship)
