(Q1a)Name the sources(Q1b)The first source (GCSE textbook) is useful because it puts the experiment into a real life situation and explains the subject. The second source (from internet) is useful because it has a clear method, states the equipment and talks about the result. The second source (from internet) is more useful than the first source (GCSE textbook) because it has a method that can be followed in an experiment.

(Q2)The control variable to be controlled is the size of the mirror / angle of mirror / the voltage of ray box.Preliminary -You should find out how the voltage of the ray box should be by testing a range of voltages. Test voltages of 2 - 8. Find the lowest voltage that can produce the most amount of light. This is so the bulb doesn't get too hot. Say what you measured, which measurement worked well, which didn't work well and why.

Note: Preliminary question may not be asked in this particular experiment.

(Q3)Method:-State all variables-Say the equipment-Write the method and number it-Risk assessment-When it says "what are the measurements that you will make" it is the distance between the ray box and the mirror. The answer is what you will measure this in, which is cm's. -For the "fair test" the control variable is controlled by keeping the mirror the same and the position/angle of the ray box also.-You can include a diagram like this one.

(Q4)Comparing results with othersAPRA-check for anomaliesP-is there a pattern? is there a similarity in results of yours and the other's?R-it checks to see if it is reproducible(Q5)Table:   Angle of incidence (°)                                      Angle of reflection (°)
