Filtration A method used to separate a liquid and an insoluble solid
Insoluble A substance is this if it will not dissolve
Saturated When a solution can no loonger dissolve any more solid. All the gaps in between the water particles have been filled
Soluble Something is this if it will dissolve
Solute The solid that dissolves in a liquid
Solution Formed when a substance dissolves completely in a liquid
Solvent A liquid that can dissolve a solid
