What are Homonyms? Words that have the same pronunciation or spelling as other ones, but have a different meaning. e.g. bark: The sound a dog makes bark: The outer layer of a tree
What are Homophones? Words that have different spellings and meanings but sound the same as other words. e.g. there, their and they're.
What are Confusables? Pairs or groups of words that appear to be similar but whose meanings are not related. e.g. disinterested: without bias uninterested: indifferent, unconcerned.
