- 2∩Intersect - the elements in BOTH sets.
- 3A’Complement of A - everything
in the universe
outside of set A. - 4UUniversal set - what the sets are made up of. The universal set is represented by a large rectangle in a Venn diagram.
- 5∈An element - one of the "things" in the set.
- 6⊆Subset - A set inside another set.
- 7∉Not an element.
