- 1What is reverse scoringYou can phrase questions so that some are worded in appositive direction and others are worded in a negative direction. Then you have to reverse score the negative items before calculating the totals.
- 2What is correlation co-efficienttells you whether two variables are related. Correlation co-effocoent can range from -1/+1. If two variables have a correlation of zero, IT means that there is no relationship between them.
