1. create a view

   • CREATE [OR REPLACE] VIEW nombre_vista [column_list] AS consulta_SELECT

2. delete a view

   • DROP VIEW [IF EXISTS] nombre_vista1 , nombre_vista2 ...;

3. We can refer to the views as virtual or Imaginary tables (Objects), which are part of relational database systems or oriented to documents, the purpose of the views is to keep an SQL query accessible (Data set that is thrown)

4. advantage

   • They are stored on the server so that the consumption of resources and efficiency will always be more optimal. Insecurity issues it is always better to use views instead of allowing anyone to directly access the data, we show the rest of the developers the data we want. There may be developers with little experience and difficulties in making complex queries, we can give them the option of simply calling a view to obtain the data. A view is a simple way to save complex selection queries in our database.

5. disadvantages

   • A difference between views and stored procedures is that the former do not accept parameters, not being the case with stored procedures, if they accept them. A stored procedure is usually used when a simple sql query is not enough. The stored procedures contain variables, loops and calls to other stored procedures.
