   • produce system flowchats or pseudo code

3. Development and testing

   • this section make sure it meets the agreed client requirements that is all ready know.

4. implementation

   • transfer paper fils or electronic lifes to the new system

5. documentation

   • there is some over lap between the two types of documentation.

6. evaluation

   • improvements to the system, program listining and validation rules
