1. Design templates

   • is an outline design proving a basic colour scheme, font type, font size, ect.
   • Dont need to worry about the design, so you can concentrate fully on the content of each slide

2. Animation

   • Animation involves getting some of the content that makes up for the slides to move.
   • Use animation provided by the presentation software. You can use animations headings and bullet points

3. Transitions and timing

   • The movement for one slide to another is a transition slide
   • Making sure you leave enough time between the transitions
   • Making it interesting
     • Alert the way they come onto the screen
     • The speed the come on the screen
     • Sound between the transitions

4. Sound files

   • can liven up the multimedia products
     • when you have a message you can get a sound notification

5. Navigation:hyperlinks and hotspots

   • Navigation is where you allow the consumer which slide they would like to visit next
   • Hyperlinks
     • when you click a icon it opens up another slide or website
   • Hotspot
     • Splitting the icon up into smaller and different hyperlinks

6. Narration and speaker notes

   • Narration
     • Narration is a speech which is recorded for each slide ( a speak over )
   • Speaker notes
     • You write bullet points on the presentation slide, and on queue cards you write notes, and expand on what is shown on the slides

7. Printing format

   • The way that you are able to print out the slides
     • All slides on one page, but in two columns
     • One slide for each A4 piece of paper
