Object-Oriented Programing

1. fields- attributes about the object

   • Variables can be primitive or references to objects

2. methods- actions the object can take

   • Methods contain a declaration part and a body.
     • The declaration part consists of a return value, the method name, and a list of arguments
     • The body contains code that perform the action

3. Class: has a class name, fields, and methods

   • constructors create the class (no return type)
   • null= lack of object (nothing)

4. creating objects use "new" and define their variables
