5. Cleaning: Cleaning the screen with a damp cloth makes sure that it is not too wet for the keyboard use a glass to clean the paces with small surfaces

6. Technical report: A techical report is a documental by means of whitch we will present cleary and in some detail, without too much detail, the result of a research or project, a quick understanding of a complex situation

7. Hardware: The word computer hardware refers to the physical, tangible parts of a computer system, its electrical, electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical components

8. Sofware of a computer system is known as software,whitc includes all the necessary software components that make it possible to carry out specific tasks, as opposed to the physical components that are called hardware
